Dear customers, our wine can be delivered to your home or business. We take orders by computer, fax, or telephone. We fill the requests in the order they are received. You will get your wine within 2 or 3 working days of confirmation of the order. The firm TOPTRANS spol.s r. o. /www.toptrans.cz/, which provides distribution services, will deliver your wine to any address in the Czech Republic. If you wish a different form of delivery, please contact us.

The number of bottles ordered is given by the method of packaging, by multiples of 6 regardless of the overall number. The bottles are carefully packed and protected against breakage.  

 

After taking your order we will send you confirmation to your e-mail address, or confirm to you by telephone. Don’t forget to give us your contact: a telephone number or e-mail address!

 

Payment is possible either in cash on deliver, or billing payable to our account. Invoice payment is a courtesy offered to our contract partners.  

 

When ordering goods in excess of 5,000 CZK (without DPH – value added tax), the company pays the cost of handling. Delivery of smaller orders is paid for by the recipient upon taking the goods, according to the current fee list of TOPTRANS spol.s r. o. /www.toptrans.cz/

 

If you find evidence of obvious damage to the package, you need not accept the goods; we will promptly deal with any justified complaints to assure your satisfaction.
